Shipping
Processing time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days of the order being received.
Delivery times
Delivery within Finland normally takes 1–4 business days, depending on the Posti service.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
Costs are determined by Posti’s price list and the size and weight of the shipment.
Returns
14-day return policy
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them.
New products must be unused.
Used discs must be in the same condition as stated in their description.
Returning used discs
The condition of used discs is assessed on a scale of 1–10.
A product can be returned if it matches the original description and has not incurred any additional wear.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is:

the wrong product

a defective product
-
a shipping error on our part
In these cases, returns are free of charge.
How to return

We will refund your payment within 5–7 business days after processing the return
Exchanges
Products can be exchanged for another model/color/disc subject to availability.
The exchange process is the same as the return process.
Unclaimed packages
A handling fee of €7–10 will be charged for unclaimed packages to cover the costs of the return.
Issues
