Innova Star Destroyer – Yellow/Orange, 139 g, Condition: A-

The Innova Star Destroyer is one of the most well-known distance drivers in disc golf, offering high distance potential, great glide, and a reliable final fade. This particular unit stands out for its exceptionally light 139-gram weight, making it significantly easier to accelerate than a standard maximum-weight Destroyer. Star Destroyers have also been produced in the 135–139 gram weight class.

With flight ratings of 12 | 5 | -1 | 3, the Destroyer offers good glide, slight turn, and a strong final fade.

⭐ Star Plastic

Star is Innova's high-quality premium plastic, combining good grip, a pleasant feel, and excellent durability. It is well-suited for active driver use and retains its flight characteristics for a long time.

🪶 Ultra-light 139 g unit

The most interesting feature of this disc is its weight of just 139 grams. A light Destroyer is easier to get up to a high release speed, which allows even players with less throwing power to utilize the Destroyer's distance potential. There are lightweight Star Destroyers specifically in the 130–139 gram weight range on the market.

🚀 Easily attainable distance

A maximum-weight Destroyer requires quite a bit of release speed, but such a light unit is clearly easier to accelerate. It may also offer more turn than a standard Destroyer, so the actual flight path can be more understable than the official flight ratings suggest.

🎯 For hyzer flips and distance shots

Due to its light weight, this Destroyer can work well for hyzer flip lines and long distance shots. With higher release speed, the disc can turn significantly before the fade typical of a Destroyer.

💨 Especially for tailwind

The 139-gram Destroyer is an interesting option for tailwind shots, where a light disc can take advantage of its great glide. In a strong headwind, such a light unit is naturally more sensitive to wind effects than a heavier Destroyer.

The yellow and orange color scheme gives the disc a bright look that is highly visible on the course.

Condition: A-

The disc is in very good used condition. It has only minor signs of wear, which do not have a significant impact on the disc's flight characteristics.
